the band spent the last weekend in the studio at Spyken in Lund. we only had one and a half day, but we managed to record two new songs, and they turned out quite well. I had some really heavy flashbacks since I went to shool at Spyken, but it was fun to see that most of the stuff had been upgraded since my time. (hang in there Peter! ceep on going strong!!)
The first day (saturday 3dr of May) we recorded the music and some of the vocals and the second day we recorded vocals, perccusion and background vocals. I am not a big fan of my own voice and it´s even worse to hear it on record so I am very happy that I´m in the background making grunts and noices.
as soon as the mixing is done I supose that you will be able to hear the songs here in our website and on myspace.
and last but not least. great thanks and good luck to Josefine who was in charge of the studio and have as a project to record us. hope you will get a good grade!

S*it didn’t know that so many people knew the lyrics of our songs! Champangegaloppen was a surreal gig with a roaring crowd (1000 tickets sold) who was jumping up and down pouring champange over each other. I think we need to post some pictures. Our percussion guy Erik (väst) got some great pictures of the rumble. So stay tuned. //Erik

Blog: Champagne for everyone!

If you haven’t bought your ticket yet, apparently it’s too late…
But don’t let that stop you from having a great time at valborg (go bananza with your licker and remember; you’re free the day after).
You should also try to get in to the club afterwards. LE BATTALION DES FOUS is playing and we’ll be there partying with all of you!

apparently there aren´t any the tickets left to champagnegaloppen so it will be loads of people in the crowd! it will be awesome!!! see you there!!

Yeah, finally we’ve launched our new site! It feels great! Our goal is to update the site several days a week with blog posts, videos, new music, crappy rehearsal recordings etc. just to please you, our listeners!! =)
On wednesday we’re playing in Lund at Champangnegallopen. The gig will take place between Hallands Nation and Västgöta Nation (aprox 4pm). Last year’s gig was crazy. Loads of champange, stage dive, girls flashing and a roaring crowd. So I’ve got quite high expectations for this year… Hope to see you there!!
Cheers! //Erik
